Purchase

  1. Open the product page: valethon.com/drivers/sensibo.
  2. Click Buy now (Stripe Checkout) or assign the SKU via Service Stack for MSP tenants.
  3. Keep the emailed license key (vcd_…) and the purchase email — both are required to re-download the .pkg.

Download the package

  1. After purchase (or any time later), open the download portal.
  2. Enter the license key (vcd_…) and the same email used at purchase.
  3. Download Valethon.Sensibo.Driver.pkg.

Install on Crestron Home

  1. On the processor (CP4-R / MC4-R), open Crestron Home Setup → Drivers → Import and select Valethon.Sensibo.Driver.pkg.
  2. Add the driver to a room and open its configuration.
  3. Configure credentials (choose one cloud path):
  4. Always set License Key (vcd_…) and Platform URL (https://platform.valethon.com).
  5. Save — pods appear under Thermostats / Air Purifiers / Sensors.

Verify

  1. Confirm at least one thermostat or Pure appears in Crestron Home.
  2. Change mode or setpoint from Home and confirm the Sensibo app reflects the change.
  3. If devices disappear after ~14 days offline, restore WAN so the driver can heartbeat to platform.valethon.com.
