Message Types and Frequency

Messages may include: service alerts, support ticket updates, appointment reminders, technician dispatch notifications, and two-way business communications. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@valethon.com.

SMS Data Handling

Phone numbers and other mobile information collected for SMS opt-in are used solely for delivering the messages described above.
